1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
3. Select Chart AI from the list
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
3. Select Chart AI
4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts

1. Sign in to Chart AI on the web
2. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription
3. Follow the link to the billing portal and cancel from there

You will keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate refunds for unused time.

1. Sign in to Chart AI with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe
2. Go to Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app
3. Your subscription should reactivate within a few seconds

If restore doesn't work, email [email protected] with your order receipt from Apple/Google.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to request a refund, please email [email protected] with:

• The email or account used to subscribe
• The store (App Store / Google Play / Web) and order ID if available
• A brief description of the reason for the request

We review every request personally and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Chart AI offers three auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Weekly — billed every 7 days
• Monthly — billed every month
• Annual — billed every year (best value, often includes a free trial for eligible new users)

All plans include full access to AI chart analysis, signals, scanner, paper trading simulator, and AI tutor. Prices are shown in your local currency on the paywall at checkout.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Yes. If you start a free trial and do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price of the plan you selected, and your Apple ID or Google account will be charged.

You can cancel at any time during the trial by following the cancellation steps above. Cancelling during the trial will keep your access until the trial ends, then stop.

Chart AI supports sign-in with:

• Apple ID (iOS, required per Apple guidelines when other social sign-in is used)
• Google account
• Email + password

You can also use the app anonymously for the onboarding flow. Creating an account is required to subscribe and sync data across devices.

You can request account deletion in two ways:

1. In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
2. On the web: Visit our account deletion page and follow the steps

Deletion permanently removes your account, subscription records (after any required retention period), chart uploads, chat history, and analytics data. This cannot be undone. Cancelling your subscription separately is recommended before deleting.

Yes. We take data protection seriously:

• Uploaded chart images are encrypted at rest on our servers
• Traffic to our backend is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• AI processing via third-party providers (Google Gemini, OpenRouter) does not use your data for model training
• You are prompted for consent before any chart data is sent to AI services (Apple Guideline 5.1.2 compliance)

1. Check your device notification settings: Settings → Notifications → Chart AI — make sure notifications are Allowed
2. Inside Chart AI: Settings → Notifications — ensure notifications are enabled
3. Make sure Do Not Disturb / Focus modes aren't silencing notifications
4. Try closing and reopening the app, or restart your device

AI analysis can and will make mistakes. Chart AI uses advanced vision and language models that recognize patterns probabilistically, not deterministically. Factors that affect accuracy:

• Image quality and chart clarity
• Timeframe and asset complexity
• Unusual market conditions or low-data scenarios

Paper Trading is a practice simulator using virtual money. No real trades are placed, and no real money is involved. It's designed to help you learn without financial risk.

Simulated results do not reflect real market conditions such as slippage, liquidity, or execution delays, and should not be treated as a prediction of real-world performance.

1. Update to the latest version of Chart AI from the App Store or Google Play
2. Restart the app (close fully, then reopen)
3. Restart your device
4. Reinstall the app (your subscription will restore after you sign back in)
