This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you", "user") and Lowhill Digital L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Dubai, UAE, governing your use of Chart AI: AI Signals & Scans, including any related services, software, content, and websites (together, the "App" or "Software").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
If you use the App on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this EULA.
This EULA governs the license and use of the Software. "Software" includes any updates, patches, and modifications we provide. "Services" refers to features accessible through the App (including AI chart analysis, educational signals, smart scanner, paper trading simulator, trading school, AI chat, and AI tutor), which are further governed by our Terms of Service.
Important: This EULA is not a sale of the Software. It grants a limited license, not ownership.
This EULA governs your license to use the Software. Your use of the App and its features is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service will prevail with respect to the operation of the App and services, and this EULA will prevail with respect to the Software license, intellectual property, and related restrictions.
You may use the App only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and can legally enter into this EULA. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Subject to your ongoing compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

The App provides AI-powered educational tools including chart analysis, trading signals, market scanning, and an AI chat assistant. All AI-generated content is for educational and entertainment purposes only.
AI analysis, signals, scores, and recommendations within the App do NOT constitute:
AI confidence scores are the AI's self-assessment and are NOT accuracy guarantees. Chart patterns do NOT guarantee future price movements. Past patterns do NOT guarantee future results. AI can and will make mistakes.
The paper trading feature is a simulated trading environment using virtual funds only. No real trades are placed and no real money is at risk. Simulated results do NOT reflect real market conditions including slippage, liquidity, execution delays, or market impact.
Paper trading performance should NOT be used to predict real trading results.
Some features require you to sign in (for example, using Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Uploaded chart images are processed by third-party AI services and encrypted at rest on our servers. By using AI features, you consent to this processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

The App interacts with third-party services including AI providers (Google Gemini, Qwen, Meta Llama via OpenRouter), authentication providers (Firebase), payment processors (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe), and market data providers. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, policies, security, or actions.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe for web). We do not store your full payment card information. Subscription terms, pricing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are described in our Terms of Service.
The App and all related content (including software, code, AI models, course content, graphics, trademarks, logos, and text) are owned by Lowhill Digital L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Lowhill Digital L.L.C-FZ and its licensors.
If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, or improvements regarding the App ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into the App and our services without compensation to you.
We may provide updates, bug fixes, or modifications ("Updates"). Some Updates may be installed automatically. This EULA applies to all Updates unless a different license is provided with a specific Update.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The App may not be available in all regions, and availability may change.
If you download the App from Apple's App Store or Google Play, additional terms may apply. Apple and Google are not parties to this EULA and are not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, or support, except as required by applicable law.
If you are using the App on an Apple device, Apple (and Apple's subsidiaries) may be a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that we can process information as described there. The App may include telemetry such as crash logs and diagnostics to improve stability and security.
You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer the App except as authorized by applicable law. You represent that you are not located in a country or region where such use is prohibited, and that you are not subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lowhill Digital L.L.C-FZ and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing all use.
Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Feedback, No Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.
This EULA and any dispute arising out of or related to it will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
