These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chart AI: AI Signals & Scans mobile application and web application (together, the "App"), operated by Lowhill Digital L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in Dubai, UAE ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). The App and any features, content, tools, and services made available through it are the "Services".
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

IMPORTANT: If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, access, or use the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any modifications we may make to them.
Chart AI is a mobile and web application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze trading charts and provide pattern recognition commentary. The App provides:
Trading and investing in stocks, options, futures, forex, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. The value of investments can fluctuate significantly and you may lose your entire investment.
There is no guarantee that any trading strategy, analysis, or pattern will result in profits. Past performance does NOT guarantee future results.
AI analysis is based on pattern recognition and can be wrong. Chart patterns do NOT guarantee future price movements. Technical analysis has significant limitations and may fail entirely. The AI's confidence scores are self-assessments and are NOT accuracy guarantees.
Markets can experience extreme volatility, gaps, and sudden price movements that may result in losses greater than anticipated.
If you trade with leverage (margin, options, futures), you could lose more than your initial investment.
All trading and investment decisions are entirely YOUR responsibility. We provide NO trading advice, NO recommendations, and have NO liability for your decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. The App is offered for personal, non-commercial use only.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App is lawful where you live, including any rules that apply to financial instruments, cryptocurrencies, or digital assets. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Some features require you to create or connect an account (for example, using Google or Apple sign-in). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, account credentials, and any authentication method you use, and for all activity under your account.
You must not share accounts, buy/sell accounts, or allow others to access your account. You must not use the App through unauthorized automation, bots, scripts, or similar tools.
To provide AI-powered analysis and chat features, certain data you submit (uploaded chart images, messages, ticker selections) is processed by third-party AI services including Google Gemini, Qwen (Alibaba), and Meta Llama via OpenRouter. These services process your data to generate educational responses and do not use it for model training.
Uploaded images are encrypted at rest on our servers. You will be prompted for explicit consent before any data is sent to AI services, in compliance with Apple Guideline 5.1.2.
Chart AI offers subscription plans with prices as displayed in the App. Plans, pricing, and trial availability may change from time to time.
IMPORTANT: All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the current billing period expires. You will be charged for the renewal at the same rate. Renewal charges occur through your App Store, Google Play, or Stripe account.
Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe (for web subscriptions). Payment will be charged upon confirmation of purchase or after any free trial period expires.
Certain plans may include a free trial period, as displayed at the time of purchase. You will have full access during any trial period. Your payment method will be charged automatically when the trial expires unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Refund policies are governed by the respective payment platform (Apple, Google, or Stripe). We do not offer refunds for any purchases made through the App. We do NOT provide refunds based on trading losses, investment performance, or dissatisfaction with AI analysis. For refund requests, contact the respective platform directly.
For iOS (Apple App Store): Open Settings > tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions > find Chart AI > Cancel Subscription.
For Android (Google Play): Open Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > find Chart AI > Cancel subscription.
For Web (Stripe): Use the "Cancel Subscription" option in the App's settings screen.
After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Once expired, you revert to the free tier but your account data and history are preserved.
Subscriptions include generous daily usage allowances designed for normal personal use:

These limits reset every 24 hours. Trading signals, scanner results, paper trading, and educational courses are not subject to these limits.
All usage limits are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We may adjust these limits to maintain service quality, manage costs, or prevent abuse. Current limits are displayed within the App.
Usage that substantially exceeds normal personal patterns, including automated access, scraping, bulk API calls, or account sharing, may be considered a violation of this Fair Use Policy. We reserve the right to temporarily restrict access, reduce limits, or terminate accounts that engage in abusive or excessive usage patterns.
The paper trading feature is a simulated trading environment using virtual money only. No real trades are placed. No real money is at risk.
Simulated results do NOT reflect real market conditions including slippage, liquidity constraints, execution delays, order book depth, or market impact. Simulated P&L, win rates, and trade history are for educational purposes only and should not be used to predict real trading performance.
The simulator is labeled "Simulated Trading" throughout the App with distinct visual indicators to prevent confusion with real trading.
You may request account deletion at any time through the App's settings. Upon request, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. During this period, you may cancel the deletion by signing back into the App.
After 30 days, all your data (including analyses, trades, progress, settings, and personal information) will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Any active subscription must be cancelled separately through your payment platform. Deleting your Chart AI account does not automatically cancel subscription billing.
You agree to use the App only for lawful, educational, and entertainment purposes. You are responsible for:

Uploaded images are processed by AI for chart analysis. Images that contain inappropriate content (NSFW, violent, hateful, or illegal material) will be automatically flagged, deleted, and logged. Repeated violations may result in account termination.
Uploaded images are encrypted at rest on our servers and are not served back to users after analysis. They may be reviewed by administrators for moderation purposes only.
The App integrates with third-party services including:
These third parties have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.
The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Lowhill Digital L.L.C-FZ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without prior notice. Critical updates may be required for continued service access.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, precision, or correctness of any analysis provided by the App. All analysis is APPROXIMATE and should not be relied upon for any trading or investment decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lowhill Digital L.L.C-FZ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

Any trading or investment decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable securities laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If legal documents are updated, users may be required to re-accept them before continuing to use the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE. You consent to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
For users who download the App from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and Lowhill Digital L.L.C-FZ only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide support, and is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
For users who download the App from Google Play Store: these Terms are between you and Lowhill Digital L.L.C-FZ only, not with Google LLC. Google is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide support.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lowhill Digital L.L.C-FZ regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
