Delete Your Account
Enter the email address associated with your Chart AI account. We'll send you a confirmation email to verify the deletion request.
Account deletion is permanent. After confirmation, your account will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days. All data including analyses, trades, progress, and settings will be permanently removed.
Don't have an email linked to your account?
You can also delete your account directly from the app:
Open the app → tap the settings icon (☰) in the upper-left corner → scroll down to "Delete Account" and follow the prompts.
